Agradecemos el estricto apego a nuestras Condiciones de uso y permanencia en Marina Isla Puduhuapi, en los siguientes términos

Please take note of our conditions and rules to use all instalaciones in our Marina Isla Puduhuapi, as follows:

​SEGURIDAD / SAFETY

  • Es responsabilidad ineludible del Capitán y/o Armador de la embarcación el correcto uso de las instalaciones de la Marina y la seguridad de su tripulación como del personal de Marina Isla Puduhuapi.

  • Menores de edad, adultos mayores y personas discapacitadas deberán circular bajo supervisión en los muelles.

  • Cualquier daño, propio o a terceros es de responsabilidad del Capitán o Armador de la nave atracada en los muelles.

  • La conexion de agua y electricidad desde nuestros docking stations debe ser sólo mediante conectores autorizados.

  • Consulte por adaptadores disponibles para enchufarse.

  • It is the inescapable responsibility of the Captain and/or the Owner of the vessel, the correct use of all facilities of our Marina, as well the safety of its crew and the personnel of Marina Isla Puduhuapi.

  • Childrens, older adults and disabled people must circulate on the docks, under your strictly supervision and responsability.

  • Any damage, personal or to third parties, is the unique responsibility of the Captain or Owner of the ship docked at our docks.

  • The connection of water and electricity from our docking stations must only be done through authorized connectors.

  • Ask about adapters available to plug in.

MEDIO AMBIENTE / ENVIROMENT

  • Agradecemos cuidar este maravilloso paraje de Chiloé, siendo amigable con la flora y fauna existente y no dejando restos ni huella física alguna en su permanencia en esta isla y sus alrededores.

  • Está prohibido botar cualquier tipo de basura en toda la Marina e Isla Puduhuapi

  • Si usted trae basura, se la debe llevar. No aceptamos ningún tipo de desecho.

    • La multa por inclumplir esto es de USD 2.500

  • Se denunciará a la Autoridad Maritima a aquellas naves que sean sorprendidas:

    • Vaciando sentinas o lanzando elementos contaminantes al mar en sector Islas Chauques​

    • Portar y/o manipular cargas explosivas como gas, bencina (salvo para uso en la nave)

  • No alimente a la fauna del sector.

  • No se permite hacer fuego, salvo en parrilla o fogón acondicionada para ello.

  • Todo daño o rotura de implementos debe ser comunicado al personal de Marina Isla Puduhuapi.

  • We are grateful to take care of this wonderful place in Chiloé, being friendly with the existing flora and fauna and not leaving any remains or physical footprint during your stay on this island and its surroundings.

  • It is forbidden to dump any type of garbage in the entire Marina and Puduhuapi Island and surroundings.

  • If you bring garbage, you must take it back with you. We do not accept any kind of waste.

    • The fine for not complying with this is USD 2,500.

  • Those ships that are surprised will be reported to the Maritime Authority:

    • Emptying bilges or releasing contaminant and pollutants products into the seas of all the Islas Chauques sector

    • Also prohibited are the transport of gas, propane, fuel and other explosive elements, except those needed for life onboard. 

  • Do not feed the fauna of the sector.

  • It is not allowed to make a fire, except in a grill or stove equipped for it.

  • Any damage or breakage of implements must be reported to the staff of Marina Isla Puduhuapi.
